Football Clubs like Spalding United rely heavily on Volunteers to run the Club, none of the Matchday staff you see around the ground are paid, every single one of them is a volunteer.

We are always looking for new Volunteers to help either on a matchday or during the week, if you have a few hours spare why not work with the Football Club.

We have opportunities for the following Matchday Staff

Bar Staff
Stewards
Turnstile Operators
Ground Staff
Sales Staff

Outside of Matchdays there is still plenty of work to do so we are looking for the following skill sets:

IT
General Maintenance
Cleaning Staff

Our staff cover all age ranges.
Full training will be provided for all roles.
