After a short spell away from football, Matt joined the staff of former Tulips' manager Chris Rawlinson in May 2017.A highly regarded/qualified and respected coach, with his most recent experience having been gained with The FA's U16 England squad, Matt was elevated to the role of permanent first-team manager (after a three-game spell as caretaker boss) following Chris Rawlinson's surprise departure in early September 2018.
