The team will be managed by Dylan Phillips (Head Coach), Danny Willcock (Assistant Coach), Liam McGowan (Assistant Coach) and David Shafe (Assistant Coach)

Dylan Phillips commented :
"The whole coaching team can't wait get started with the new U18 Spalding side, the energy, talent, and hunger in this group of players is great to see. We can’t wait to be part of the journey along side the seniors, we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in making this happen. It would be amazing to see the Spalding community as a whole to take the time to come and see the team play next season".
