Spalding United Football Club are looking to appoint a committed and organised Kit & Equipment Manager.

Spalding United Football Club are looking to appoint a committed and organised Kit & Equipment Manager to support our First Team competing in the National League North.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the football management and operations team, working closely with players and staff in a professional and ambitious environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all first-team kit and equipment is prepared, maintained and available for every training session and fixture throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all matchday kit for home and away fixtures.
• Wash, dry and maintain playing, training and staff kit.
• Ensure changing rooms are prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Manage stock levels of kit, footballs, and training equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment for away fixtures.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational requirements are met.
• Maintain professional standards both on and off the pitch.

Availability Required

Applicants must be available for:

• All First Team training sessions.
• All First Team home fixtures.
• All First Team away fixtures.
• Pre-season training and fixtures.

This role involves regular evening and weekend commitments throughout the football season.

• Reliable and dependable.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and committed to supporting the football club.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience within football or sport is beneficial but not required.
